They weren't as fast as i was expecting. i had to ask why my car wasn't fully aligned after seeing the alignment paperwork. if someone would of brought it up to me instead of me asking after i paid that would of been a must better service. i also paid to get my tires rotated and they weren't as well as my tire fixed which i was told that they would fix for me.. i do not think that even though i got a great deal for the services through groupon it wasn't worth it and i have had trouble with sears in the past in different states and there poor attention to detail on the customer and car care side are just low nation wide not just from state to state.
