The University of Alabama extended an offer to 2025 in-state quarterback K.J. Lacey on Sunday. The sophmore received the offer after after his second visit to Tuscaloosa on Saturday. The dual threat quarterback from Saraland High School in Alabama threw for 40 touchdowns last season, with 24 going to Crimson Tide commit, four-star wide receiver Ryan Williams. Lacey threw four touchdown passes to Williams in their 38-17 win in the AHSAA 6A State Championship. At six-feet, 180 pounds, Lacey has drawn comparisons to future top-10 NFL draft pick Bryce Young in more ways than one.
