(Alex Mirchuk/Patch)LACEY, NJ — The Lacey Township Police Department is taking the time to honor an officer they say is pivotal in keeping the township's roadways safe.Officer Scott Keefe #97, a 10-year veteran of the department, is currently assigned to the patrol division.According to the department, Keefe "serves as a pivotal member of the Lacey Township Fatal Accident Support Team and has been certified by the State of New Jersey as a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE).
