(Shutterstock)LACEY, NJ — Next month, the Lacey Planning Board will hear an application for an electrical substation that will be used to receive power from the offshore wind farm planned off the coast of South Jersey.The substation, part of the controversial Ocean Wind 1 project by Danish energy company Ørsted, is planned at the former Oyster Creek power plant.
