Washington State Police (WSP) were involved in the fatal shooting of a suspect who carjacked and then rolled a semi truck near Lacey on Friday.Around 2 p.m. on November 18, a suspect armed with a hammer carjacked a semi truck and then crashed the truck on I-5 near Martin Way, according to KOMO News.The truck came to a stop resting on its side in a grassy median.The individual inside the truck refused to exit the cab, leading to a police standoff lasting about 4 hours.WSP said that the suspect eventually charged at officers with the hammer.
