The beloved event has been rescheduled for Oct. 14. (Alex Mirchuk/Patch) LACEY, NJ — Lacey Day did not go on as scheduled on Sept. 30 due to the amount of rain the area had received. "With the extreme amount of rain our area has received over the past week, the conditions of the field and park will not be feasible to get Lacey Day in this week," Lacey Recreation announced. But no need to fret - Lacey Day will still be held this year. It's been rescheduled to Oct. 14. It runs from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
